Support after delivery

HERNIS offers a wide range of support after the system is put into service. We have an Ex approved workshop that repairs all our products, in respect to the mechanical, electrical and electronic faults. Typical repair time is one week. It is our policy to supply compatible parts for all our products for at least ten years after purchase. All parts repaired in our workshop are covered by our warranty. To be able to cover emergency repairs we have a replacement stock of selected equipment which can be shipped within 24 hours.

 

Our dedicated service engineers are always ready to perform service and maintenance on our systems and have a standard mobilisation time of one week. Depending on availability the mobilisation time is 24 hours. They will perform all necessary repairs at site, and make recommendation for improvements wherever a potential is discovered. We can also offer a customised service agreement to guarantee a trouble free system.
