As an essential part of the supply scope, HERNIS offers customised courses in Operating and Maintenance of each HERNIS system. These courses are available for all of the HERNIS systems, and are TAILOR MADE for each installation. The course may either be conducted at site of the installation or at HERNIS premises, with all necessary facilities from the factory to the Demo Room.
The latest course was conducted at HERNIS premises on 15-16th November 2005, for the Maintenance Crew onboard the Heidrun and Åsgard B fields in the North Sea, where HERNIS have delivered the HERNIS 400 System.
The agenda included a detailed description of the HERNIS 400 System, including operation of the OK400 Keyboard and introduction to the software for configuration and operation of the HERNIS 400 system. Further, the course included maintenance of HERNIS CCTV Systems and fault finding with basis in the delivered CCTV System, followed by an evaluation with a good discussion on specific products.
Feedbacks from the participants lead to concrete points of action, and it is safe to say that the total outcome of the course was beneficial for all parts.
